TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For Semi-custom projects -
PROJECT LEAD-TIME
Semi-custom order process take approximately 2-5 weeks from the date you place your order. It depends on how complicated you want your stationery (as adding embellishments, requesting custom paper & color ink and etc) and the timeliness of your content submission, modifications and our workload.
Design Lead-time: Our team will contact you back with an enquiry form and calligraphy/font style sheet by email within 48 hours. It will take 2-5 business days from the moment you submit form with complete information to receive your first proof. Each round of revisions takes 1-3 business days.
Sampling Lead-time: We only offer free sampling service for press printing orders over 500 copies. Sampling will take 5-7 business days and additional shipping lead-time will occur.
Printing&Pressing Lead-time: It will take 5-10 business days for digitally printed items and 14-21 business days for letter-pressed or foil-stamped items. If your order includes invitation add-ons such as die cutting, additional foil/letter pressing, envelope addressing, envelop liner and etc, it will take extra 1-3 business days each service.

Advanced Semi-Custom Projects (Fine papers take more time) :
Custom Paper Order Lead-time: 3-7 business days from the day you submit payment.
Handmade Paper Lead-time: Our production team will start the hand-making process once we receive your order. It takes 20- 25 days to hand-craft and dry the raw papers before start press-printing process.
REVISIONS
We offer 3 free round revisions with your semi-custom project. Each additional round of revisions costs $20. *RUSH ORDERS . It will take extra 15% of your total order as rush fee. Please advise your estimated project due date first and we will let you know if available or not.
COLOR DIFFERENCES
Please understand that colors may vary from screen to screen so that color difference is unavoidable, especially for digitally printed items. We are always trying our best to minimize color difference less than 5% screen vs paper. Quality Control is a must do step in our production progress. We guarantee that no defective paper products will be approved to ship.
ENVELOPES
It is important to have pretty envelopes, but more important to have them delivered on time—please be aware that the use of digital calligraphy or cursive fonts or any customizable/fancy designs as outer envelopes increases the chance of returned and lost envelopes by the Post Office. To make sure invitations are mailed properly, we suggest our clients to use the plain outer envelopes which coming along your pieces so clients may write on outer envelopes in standard format to mail and have your personalized envelopes kept as the inner ones. We are not responsible for envelopes returned or lost by the Post Office. The charges of full material and printing service will be needed for envelope reordering.
COPYRIGHT
We DO NOT sell electronic files for semi-custom pieces (no original files in any formats will be released with your semi-custom items purchased.) During the communication, we will send you a legible screenshots of digital proof for further modification and finalization. For customers who wants a electronic invitation along with paper products, we are sorry that we cannot provide the service which is against our intellectual property rights.
CANCELLATION
We accept cancellations up until you submit your content to our design team. Once we have received your content, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
RETURNS
Refund and exchange service are not available for customized/personalized paper products. We have been devoting our times and efforts to improve clients service experience as we are being able to provide 100+ font/calligraphy styles for clients to choose from, 2 design versions of first proof and 3 free round revisions.
LIABILITY
If there is misspelling or printing errors made by our team, we will be responsible for the re-print and shipping cost. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the cost of reprinting and shipping must be covered by the client.
